Consistently you have been thorough, cost effective, very knowledgeable about direct mail, and you meet deadlines well. Whenever I called for help, I always reached someone promptly, and I like the "full service" aspect of your approach. We send you the graphics files, you handle the printing thru mailing. We never ran into any "hidden costs", and since we have only done direct mail twice a year at this point, its easy for us to forget between projects how to do it right, and with you we haven't had any major problems.
